Matt is a great realtor and individual. This was our first time selling a home and he helped make the process a lot less stressful than we anticipated it would be. Thanks to Matt's hard work, we received multiple offers on our property and sold for above asking. He was always available to answer all of our questions, was present for inspections, and went above and beyond to ensure a smooth transaction from start to finish. We would highly recommend Matt to anyone looking for a realtor who is professional, has strong work ethic, and is dedicated to his clients.

Matt Haldeman is a professional and dedicated realtor. He is very intelligent when it comes to marketing, and successfully secured multiple offers on our house within a week of listing, ultimately negotiating and securing the sale of our house at $50k over asking. He coordinated everything from start to finish, so we had very little to think about or do since he had it all covered. He went above and beyond for us, was a pleasure to work with, had high integrity and commitment, and we are so glad we put our trust in him.
